Hello, I'm Charlotte – the baker, designer and decorator behind Charlotte Bakes.

I believe a celebration cake should taste every bit as good as it looks. That's why every cake is designed, baked and decorated by me from my home kitchen in Herefordshire, using quality ingredients and plenty of care and attention to every last detail.
